We'll usually come and see the space before quoting.
It's faster, more accurate, and we can answer questions there and then. Visits take 30 to 60 minutes. There's no charge for them.

The questions we hear most often, answered briefly. If yours isn't here, the form is a good place to ask.
- How long will the work take?
- A single room is usually two to five days, a whole flat one to three weeks, a whole house three to six. The interior painting page has a fuller breakdown, and we confirm a timeline at quote.
- Do we need to move out or move furniture?
- Almost never move out. We work around you. We do ask that small breakables are cleared from the room beforehand. We'll move the rest, sheet it, and put it back where it was.
- Which paints do you use? Can we choose our own?
- Most often Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Paint & Paper Library, Mylands and Edward Bulmer. We're not tied to any of them. If you've already chosen, we'll work with it. If not, we'll suggest what suits the surface and the light.
- Is the work guaranteed?
- Yes. We come back and put right anything that isn't right, within twelve months of finishing, at no charge.
- How do quotes and payments work?
- Home visits aren't charged for. We send a written, itemised quote within a few days. For most jobs we ask for a small materials deposit at the start, with the balance on completion. Larger projects are split into staged payments, agreed in writing first.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Mostly N, NW and W postcodes within the M25, and the central areas around them. The full list lives on the Areas we cover page. If you're outside it, ask anyway. We travel for the right project.
